The healing waters are just that! Each room has mineral water and tubs you can soak in. Very relaxing time. They offer a deliciously fresh breakfast and afternoon tea service daily. The property grounds are absolutely beautiful. We loved it so much we ended up booking the entire week!

Lithia Springs is one of my favorite places to stay. The rooms are well appointed, staff is great, the grounds are beautiful, they serve a lovely breakfast and there are healing mineral waters everywhere. It's also 5 minutes from downtown Ashland, along with being accessible to the freeway. It's in a odd location snuggled in between commercial business, however when you are on the grounds it fades away.

Loved the fact that all the water on the property is from the mineral springs. Friendly staff and nice breakfast spread - not over blown but very good. Cute rooms and clean pretty grounds.
