"Hotel was hard to find, no lights on signage or in lobby building. At checkin the card machine was broken. No explanation of amenities, hot spring pool location (again with no lights) and was not clean. Room had broken lights, FIRM mattress and broken shower towel rack. Mold growing in cracks of shower curtain. This place has charm, but needs a little work in the hospitality department."

"When we checked in we should have been told about coffee being available on the second floor in the evening. Weren’t told about the amenities that the hotel had. We’re also very disappointed that the restaurant was closed on the Monday that we were there. A full service hotel should provide dining every day "

"Nice comfortable room and good security on the doors. One recommendation is to have some blackout curtains because even with the shutters shut, the outside light came in and it was fairly bright in the motel room. My other recommendation is that the heating unit installed is really noisy so whenever it kicked on it would wake me back up, installing a quieter system would be more beneficial. The staff were nice and friendly and the room was super clean and had kind of a 1980s color block...
