"Mother daughter trip everything was really good . The food at Pacini was amazing !! The service however based on our last visits Was very very disappointing !! Total let down . It wasn’t busy service was disgusting! Tip shopping Ie take care of table of six And abandon table of 2 and 1 in your section . Only downside of the entire trip was the service at Pacini . Especially knowing what to expect from prior visits . "

"One night stay in Banff was very nice, with a large room, comfortable bed, good view of the mountains from our window and easy access to stores and restaurants we were very pleased"

"The room is quite nice! Beds are comfortable but the pillows are too thick. The decor is very nice but the designer of the bathroom didn’t do their job very well. The toilet is too close to the shelves and is not to building code standards. The sink depth is too deep and doesn’t hold water. The noise from the hallway pressurization shaft that is directly across from Room 464 is too loud. Mechanical consultant needs to adjust it to reduce the noise. Love the heated parkade. "

"It is better to request a room faco g the street and not the highways which is extremely busy and noisy. Otherwise, it is te perfect place to have a good sleep in very comfortable beds and linens."
