"We come to Banff yearly and decided to try a new hotel. We enjoyed the room and the bed was very comfy. We had paid for an upgrade and there was no table to eat at so that was disappointing. We also weren’t impressed by the $20/night parking… other hotels we have stayed in have included this. As we were treating our stay as a retreat and planned to stay in our room most of the time. we found the room service menu to be limited and the breakfast quite over priced… it was a nice clean hotel just...

"The property had always been a favourite when we come to Canmore based on the proximity to downtown. The hotel is starting to show its wear and tear and the hot tub was not even hot when we used it. There were too many people in the hot tub and no one in the pool. Crank up the heat in the pool to let everyone enjoy the view of the mountains while relaxing in the hot tub "

"We just stayed at the Hyatt for a weekend & we attended a Flames game and the Bruce Springsteen concert. The hotel was amazing ~ we had a great room with a very comfy bed. We loved the purified water for drinking. We also were given an early check in which was so nice after flying in very early in the morning. In addition, we ate two meals at the restaurant in the hotel and the food, service and prices were fantastic. The hotels proximity to the Saddledome made attending events so easy, and...

"We stayed in the Annexe which was actually a separate building away from the main hotel. The room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Parking was available close to the building which was convenient. Opposite the hotel there were various dining options and a supermarket was a short walk away. "
