"We come to Banff yearly and decided to try a new hotel. We enjoyed the room and the bed was very comfy. We had paid for an upgrade and there was no table to eat at so that was disappointing. We also weren’t impressed by the $20/night parking… other hotels we have stayed in have included this. "We just stayed at the Hyatt for a weekend & we attended a Flames game and the Bruce Springsteen concert. The hotel was amazing ~ we had a great room with a very comfy bed. We loved the purified water for drinking. We also were given an early check in which was so nice after flying in very early in the morning. In addition, we ate two meals at the restaurant in the hotel and the food, service and prices were fantastic. The hotels proximity to the Saddledome made attending events so easy, and...
