"Very much enjoy staying here at this time of year. I love their outside decorated Christmas trees and would like them to bring back their former decorations. The bed is very comfy, and I enjoy spending time in the room. "

"I’ve only stayed at Elk & Ave in Banff, so I might be missing some context, but I expected a cleaner place to be honest. The room had this lingering, dampy smell that bothered me a lot. Maybe it’s just the winter, I’m not sure. But it is soooo convenient that it might worth it for a couple of days of stay. The staff was super nice and the lobby is amazing."

"Nice hotel with easy access to the airport. Shuttle was not available as indicated but hotel had taxis take guests to airport. Rooms are nice and good sized, but curtains don’t close completely. Pet friendly hotel but no designated pet relief area. Staff was friendly and check in was easy."
