"Water in the hot tub was very clean. This is not an area most properties know the importance of. Kudos to Chateau Canmore for their diligence in cleaning. In fact, their whole facility was clean. We were impressed. Desk staff were attentive, friendly and very professional. A welcome change from the places where the staff make you feel bad for bothering them when checking in. The room with amenities was all we needed, and again, everything worked, was clean and nothing broken. We did find...
