"This was a great property for a very affordable price. The staff were excellent, the room was very clean and everything in the hotel appeared to be in excellent condition. The shuttle to and from the airport was the best service I have ever received from a hotel shuttle. I will stay here again. "

"This was a wonderful place to stay in the village of Banff. It is the last hotel on your way out of town but still walking distance to "downtown." The rustic theme was cozy with a great roaring fire in the lobby. The restaurant attached to the hotel is the Keg which is a great steak place. We did the spa too which was wonderful after a week of hard-core skiing. The spa locker room was small and not practical for 2 women using the vanity. We did not use this hotel as our base to skiing but the shuttle was right out front to the resorts. I would stay here again when we want to be in the village. "
