Pool and waterslides were the highlight of our stay and the reason we booked this hotel. Room needed an update, shabby and furniture was stained; luckily the bed was very clean. Was definitely one of those "photos don't match the room type of deals", I am assuming some are renovated and some are not. Check-in and check-out was fast, friendly and efficient. We had an excellent appetizer supper in the lounge and the service there was top-notch as well. Underground parking for vehicles 6'4" and under, which we unfortunately could not utilize because we had our truck. I was a little leery of the parking lot because there was quite a bit of broken vehicle glass, however we were parked for 2 nights and experienced no issues.

The people who helped me checked in were very easy to talk to and helpful. My only “complaint” is the service room keepers knocked on my door repeatedly and she almost walked in on me changing. I was a bit confused. Other than that, everyone including her are great workers!

I loved our room had two beds and a murphy bed is such a great idea in hotel rooms so gave space for us and our three kids without having to get or bring a cot. The waterpark was a good time for the kids. Loved the rain fall shower in our room. Amazing breakfast! Good pricing for airport parking and the shuttle ran every hour to get to the airport. Loved this hotel and will definitely stay again!

Waterpark is amazing for the whole family. Temperature was quite cold for the fall/winter time, specially for young kids, but still a lot of fun. The hotel itself was also great, everything clean and friendly staff.

Newly renovated property, seems well maintained and clean. Staff were exceptional and friendly. Food was excellent and great value. Room was good, felt it was a bit dark with a mix of warm light and white light bulbs. Desk chair was a bit dirty but otherwise tolerable. Couldn’t find a hotel info binder for the life of me so wasn’t able to find out when the lounge or room service was closed. Overall a good experience and would come back again.
