The room was huge! But there was stains on the couch and wallpaper was torn. The kitchen had no cups so I sat on hold for 30 mins with no answer. I had to walk to the restaurant to get glassware. When checking in staff were filled the hallways with finishing up rooms and lots were rude. One girl came to ride the elevator and I had to climb over her big cleaning cart to get out.

I liked everything about the property , it was well taken care of and the room was super clean and nice! The front desk staff were very nice and pleasant to interact with. And they had a restaurant right on sight. And they also had a free shuttle to the airport which was an unexpected and definitely appreciated surprise. I would give 10 stars if possible I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Calgary to stay here. And if I’m in town again overnight I will be booking with the Holiday Inn again.

Deadbolt was broken so I was moved to another room. In the process I dropped a ring with significant value to me. I asked the staff to look for the ring and was told it wasn't found. Meanwhile the room was rented to another guest. Someone has a very nice ring and I have a run around story from the staff.
