"We have a splendid stay for my son’s birthday celebration. The Oasis Water park is a top notch. We love the heated pool, slides & lazy river. They also have various dining options, including in-room dining and on site restaurants. Food is delicious, not disappointing at all. I particularly enjoy their 24 hours gym. What I didn’t like is when we were checking out we were waiting for an elevator and it took quite a while and when one finally arrived a staff member had a bin of towels and taking up a good part of the elevator and she didn’t even attempt to make space for us even though we tried to get in. "Good hotel, first room then gave us keys didn’t work so had to move to another room. No ice on the 5th floor front desk guy told us to go to every floor until we found some. No refrigerator to keep baby’s milk. "

"Only issue was parking , was charged several times for parking although we stayed at the hotel , certain nights there was no parking and had to park in another hotel and was charged twice 40$ .. "
