We (family of 5) had an awesome holiday stay at this property. The staff were so pleasant and really went out of their way to give us a 10/10 experience. It’s in a good location, the property is neat, tidy and modern. The onsite free laundry machines, internet and breakfast (good selection of breakfast items) were also a major plus for us. Looking forward to staying there again!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The front desk staff, dining and housekeeping did an excellent job. They were always happy to answer any questions and assist with any needs. Nice hotel but confusing that there are two nearby
The hotel itself is fine for a city hotel, nice rooms, but the fact that there are two Marriott London (Tower) Bridge hotels within a few minutes of each other was confusing.
