"Excellent place to go if you want to relax and eat delicious food. The onsite bar and pub had excellent food and the customer service was top notch. The only complaint I have is that the room was very warm and we were unable to turn the heat down on the radiator and towel heater. This was my second stay at this hotel and I will definitely be back!"

"Rating based entirely on the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the fantastic spa facilities. There was work going on while we were there which was a minor inconvenience but the room we stayed in was the real let down. Dated and uncared for. The bathroom was poorly finished and the shower was not the cleanest. The flooring was lifting and squishy in places and the room itself smelt of damp. "Service was excellent, really excellent very impressed by every staff member there so thank you. Hotel was lovely, spa is in need of a little TLc and there was some small patches of mold in the bathroom but the room was otherwise except. The resturant and outside every is so lovey especially in the sun . We didn’t try the jetty as the prices just seemed too high. But the sundeck was excellent (still slightly overpriced)"
