"All round good stay apart from it was ridiculously hot,especially in the restaurant. Had to go out the front door to get some fresh air as it was very stiffy whilst trying to eat. Also need plug sockets on the rooms for people to be able to use at same time. "

"When we checked in the girl asked us if we wanted help with our bags and told us it is easier to catch a bus into town and what number. The food wasn’t very good and the room was average "

"Great hotel at a great location. Public transportation is literally in front of the hotel. Most attractions such as Londan eye, Shrek for kids, river tours , etc etc etc just around the hotel. The rooms are very clean. The stuff is so polite and helpful with everything. To be honest with you , they don’t have the word “no” or verb “can’t “ in their dictionary, I guess. Breakfast is incredibly fulfilling and delicious. Recommend to get the breakfast deal. With 2 little kids, we had everything...

"The hotel was lovely, service was good and reception was helpful. The rooms were clean, however our room did smell of smoke when we first arrived. The bar staff were very friendly and food was great. "

"The hotel was closed. We had not been told. There were mice running around the reception! We were moved hotel and where we went was lovely but the main reason we booked this hotel was for the swimming pool for our children and the hotel we moved to didn’t have one."
