The cable TV did not work in my room, and I didn't report it because I didn't want to spend the time on it as my time in the room was limited. Anyone with physical limitations should consider that, as advertised, there is no elevator, it's 1 long & 2 short flights of stairs to the 2nd floor (more to the 3rd), the stairs (carpeted) are fairly steep with a banister on only one side, and the claw-foot tub...
