However, every single staff member went above and beyond to be courteous, professional, helpful, and kind. This included management, front desk, service technicians, and happy hour / breakfast staff. We felt incredibly welcome and taken care of. The rooms are Manhattan standard size (smaller than most US cities), but well laid out and comfortable. Location is just a short walk to Midtown...
