"Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. Only one person on the reception desk who was on the phone so had to wait a while to check in. Was told it was room only despite my insistence that breakfast was included. Eventually she found the booking and agreed that breakfast was included By this time, there were several couples waiting to check in. Our room was in a separate annexe which was lovely but unfortunately the walls between the rooms were very thin. We had several people trying our door....
