"I had an injury to my hip and knee and had requested a handicapped room. I have stayed at the Renwick before and knew there were bathtubs in rooms. I was given a handicapped room that had a lower bathtub. I knew that would be difficult since I couldn't stand on one leg at all. The next day Y........ arranged for me to have a flat walk-in shower. I truly appreciated her efforts on my behalf."

"The upper lobby co-working area was fantastic. However, the only issue (and a very minor one) is the Friday night noise from the club. But otherwise, no complaints whatsoever, it's a great hotel."

"hotel was nice....but on a very loud traffic corner especially at night. had a room with a sitting room so had good space but the hotel rooms are a bit dated. also had trouble getting hot water for shower."
