"We always stay here when we have to get on or off the Shinkansen as it is not too far. The variety of dining and shot options also make us want to stay here and it is not as chaotic as in Tokyo city centre or Shinjuku. We prefer this place as it is easily walkable to the shops and dining places we often go to as we know what we're getting. The staff are always friendly by and approachable. "Hotel room was small as expected in Japan. Bed was nice normal Queen Size but took up most of the floor space. Actually efficient and usable desk work space. AC was next to useless and room was warm for my tastes. 17th flr business center / lounge / breakfast area was nice escape from small room. Maid service was great, ninja stealth and room was always serviced well. N Tower rooms and set up seemed better for business based on colleagues' descriptions of their rooms in the main tower."

"First rate location and staff. Merited its 4 star rating. Very good dining and drinking choices at the hotel...no need to travel about. Only negative was the amount of time their elaborate check-in procedure took (try not to schedule it on a Saturday at 3 pm, w/ a lot of other tourists!). Central location, very close to Metro subway (essential in Tokyo)."
