"We had a really good stay last weekend to celebrate my wife's birthday. The lady on reception asked if we were there for an occasion of which we mentioned birthday, and we came back in the evening there some sweet treats waiting for us :) Hotel and our room was of a high standard, buffet breakfast had very good choices available, except no vegetarian sausages. Only fault we had was the 'soundproofing' wasn't very effective as we could hear talking and sirens throughout the night"

"Overall did the job, however was disappointed by the lack of a robe when this was on the room spec as well as faulty electrics as bulbs were out in the bathroom and some plug sockets did not work. For the money we paid we were very disappointed! "

"The hotel is far from the underground station but right next to a bus stop. So you have transport options. And the hot water takes a while to kick on but otherwise it was a great room great staff. The pub next door has great prices and friendly staff as well. "

"Had a great 11 night stay. Host was very responsive to any requests. Plenty of room for our family of 4. The kitchen was more than adequate to cook a large holiday meal. Convenient to tube for exploring London or day trips outside the city. Only caution would be for those that can’t easily navigate stairs. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again."

"I booked W12 Rooms because I needed somewhere to stay while working in London for 5 days. It's in a great location on Shepherds Bush Green with lots of food options and with Westfield London a few minutes walk away, it's great for shopping etc too. Lots of local amenities and great transport links. Would book again if working in the Shepherds Bush area again."
