"On a previous trip, I was on the third floor; this trip, I was on the first floor. The rooms were identical in style, but the first floor room looked like it had experienced much more use since the most recent refurbishment. It was still fine, I’d happily stay there again, it was still a comfortable and clean place to stay, but there was definitely a difference in property condition between the two rooms. "

"部屋は小さかったですが、ロンドンでこの値段なら相応の価格だと思います。観光のため一日中外に出ていて、寝るためだけに部屋を使っていたので、充分快適でした。 部屋には湯沸かし器、冷蔵庫があって助かりました。お茶やコーヒー、ミルクが使った分は毎日補充されました。タオルも毎日きれいなものに交換してくれました。 充電器のアダプターを忘れたのですが、ホテルのスタッフさんが何度も丁寧に対応してくれて、事なきを得ました。スタッフさんは毎回違う人でしたが、みんな親切で優しかったです。すごく気持ちよく滞在できました。"

"Nice location - not far from Hammersmith bus and tube stations. Pleasant but not overly talkative staff. Hotel was nice and quiet. Room was clean but the clothes storage was near to falling over, plug socket and light fittings damaged and potentially dangerous, metal bed frame broken and very noisy. The room would have benefitted from having blackout curtains as the morning light flooded in at around 6am."
