"We have stayed two nights in Hyatt Regency in Savannah. Unfortunately we were somewhat disappointed with the hotel’s front desk customer service; chewing gum and with obesity clerk… This is not a „presence”you expect in the four star hotel …. Of course we did not expect to pay $75 nightly parking fee( $50 parking + $25 destination fee…) we did not move the vehicle during our stay.. In regards to room itself , we can not complain, however bathroom needs attention ; caulking around toilet in...

"We really loved the hotel location. It is right in the heart of Savannah’s historic area. Our room was on the 7th floor and had a lovely view of the river. Breakfast was sufficient and the staff were very friendly and helpful. "
