"Loved the location, layout and design of property. I would have given it 5 stars, exceptfor the fact that the sofa bed mattress was covered with dog hair and filth from outside. There was also a spot under the sofa of dog barf/pee that needs to be cleaned up. Otherwise, we absolutely loved the place. The deck over river was so nice. I do think their homeowners association really needs to clean up the exterior of the building, and do a total paint job,. Why pay hoa fees if some doesn't go...

"I have a have an annual work convention in a different city every year where I get to see a group of friends I rarely see. We always rent a VRBO after the convention to check out the city. This property was excellent for what we needed. Walking distance to tons of bars, restaurants, and shopping and very close to the ferry in case you need to get to the convention center. The rooftop deck was incredible to watch the cargo ships come through. Every bedroom had its own private bathroom, and...

"Our host was great. The condo was beautiful. Great views, very clean & comfortable. But the racquetball club/ HOA rules were ridiculous. No smoking/ vaping anywhere on the property. Not even outside. If you rent a golf cart, you cannot bring it on the property. You have to park it down the road and walk back to the condo. We ordered pizza to be delivered and had to meet the delivery driver at the gate because food delivery is not allowed on the property. I highly recommend our host but not this...

"We wanted to stay near the Ritz where our friends were staying. This condo was in the neighborhood closest to the hotel. Spacious and fitted with everything needed. Close to shopping as well. We were only 2, but it would be perfect for 3 couples or a family. The Host was a great communicator."
