"Floor was quiet , parking an issue. Only valet and it was crowded and a wait . Front desk very friendly and helpful. Restaurant listed as open til ten but stopped seating at 9:30 and also stopped to go orders at that time "

"The Hyatt Regency was great. The hotel is on the river front and has very easy access to the ferry, dining, and shops. The property is a bit dated, aesthetically. But the hotel is good, overall."

"We have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the past 30 years, under many flags, and numerous renovations. We like the location. However, this time I was struck by the ridiculously high cost of parking- $65 per night (higher than anyplace I have ever seen including NYC) and the frustration of my request for housekeeping to come and tighten a lose toilet seat that was replied (twice) by what must have been a bad IA message offering regrets for the noise in the corridor… no noise never...

"We reserved a king bed and they were trying to give us two double beds instead. The representative was not friendly and didn’t have any customer service skills. The room was very nice but the closet door was broken and didn’t open properly. "

"I spent 7 nights at Hotel Indigo. I loved the location of the hotel, it was close to everything! My room was nice and a great value. I wasn't expecting much since the price was so low. It was really nice and the one small issue I had was handled immediately by management. I will definitely be staying here the next time I'm in Savannah! "
