"Property changed hand weeks ago and new manager didn’t feel it was necessary to inform customers that booked the property because of the several amenities they no longer offered. Their model is completely flawed as only 1 person works everything so even if you want to change the temperature in your room, you text or call to have them do it at the desk. No one answered!! TV complicated and didn’t work. Loading dock in back in a dirty alley. Parking 1.5 blocks away and also dirty and unkept. ...

"This property is new and well maintained and great customer service at time of check-in. Rooms are spacious, large size pillows, comfortable bed and clean. However, my only complaint is not a shelf to place personal body care items; however, they have the hotel mounted body wash and shampoo to utilize. Also, during my stay the hotel has a professional cook for hot breakfast food items in the complementary breakfast area and snacks on the go also. It's worth the cost and I just pray the hotel...
