"We arrived to the hotel room and the HVAC was off. The temperature in the room was 52°. Once we turned on the heat, it took one full day for the room to get to a comfort level. We had to sleep in our clothes and Under-covers we were traveling with. By the time we woke up the next day, the temperature had only gotten to 60°. Called the front desk. "The dog barking was the icing on the cake of having a room that wasn’t stocked or totally clean. I knew the property was under construction so was expecting some untidy areas. However the noise level was a bit much as well as lack of housekeeping . Go Ding other peoples trash & clipped finger nails is so disgusting. I save to be be able to take my daughter to her out of town meets & I appreciate hotels & brands that value im spending my hard earned money with them "
