"Historic Inn….perhaps a bit more trafficked than some of the others. I think if you get one of the more expensive rooms they are more spacious, in better shape and more private. It is a lovely old place but not designed to accommodate air conditioning and modern baths, so the updates—while fully acceptable—are kind of wonky. Unbeatable location. Helpful staff. Could be cleaner (Christmas decor still up on Feb 28, breakfast area floor in serious need of a cleaning)."

My only negative about cleanliness was our bed had a stain on the bedding and looked like hair or lint from a dryer so we got that changed out and baseboard needs cleaning "
