"Enjoyed our time at this property. It is really nice and quaint inside however the outside and areas surrounding are a bit run down. The parking is very expensive and the space is very limited so that is the downside. However, they wonderfully decorated our Kasa with birthday things since we were celebrating and I thought that was a very sweet touch. "The apartment was comfortable and beautifully decorated. The property was clean, well equipped and in a convenient walkable downtown location. The negatives would be the noise level for sleeping due to the single panel windows and the corner location of a busy tourist area.. earplugs were provided, so the property owners are aware. "This was our first time staying in a Kasa property. The best thing about this property is the location. Everything is walkable. Easy walk to River Street and lots of shops and restaurants right in that area. Toast all day is right across the street and we visited multiple times. The apartment was well-maintained. "Overall, it was a decent place that I would consider staying at again. It was huge and right within walking distance to everything we wanted to go to. There were some cleanliness issues, like hair in the shower and crumbs on the floor, but we were able to clean it and move on. My only issue was check out day. "This place is on the beach with access to a neighboring pool. There is no smart TV, so any streaming for a movie must be done on personal electronic devices. The grounds need some landscaping clean up and signage would be helpful to find the paths/access to the beach or pool. The breakfast was good and had several options. "

I had booked via a 3rd party and as soon as I checked in, the hotel Receptionist said I could pay lesser than what I paid and she immediately applied that. Ann was such a great person and all the other staff as well. It's definitely 5 stars for me. "
