"We arrived to the hotel room and the HVAC was off. The temperature in the room was 52°. Once we turned on the heat, it took one full day for the room to get to a comfort level. We had to sleep in our clothes and Under-covers we were traveling with. By the time we woke up the next day, the temperature had only gotten to 60°. Called the front desk. "This is my favorite Savannah motel! Super cute theme, rooms are always very clean and beds are comfy. There is some noise from traffic but it’s not that bad. $20 a night for parking but that’s VERY reasonable! The lot also has an EV charger if you need one. Donuts in the morning are fantastic. My only complaint this trip was that there was an ashtray outside my room (room 119) and the smoke smell snuck in through the door when people were out there, but if they got rid of that smoking area and...
