"We enjoyed our overnight stay at this beautiful property. Check in was easy and the gentleman checking us in had a smile and was friendly and welcoming. Self Parking is in covered garage w 3 levels, a bit of walk w luggage. Valet is handy but when we came back from evening out there was no valet available around 10, so if you will be out for dinner and show just a note you will need to self park. "It was a little noisy but they cannot control people having loud cars. Only real complaint was our mirror was “peeling” in the bathroom and made it look pretty bad. But those small things can easily fall through the cracks. Over all a great visit staff was amazing and helped my issue of turning in all my room keys but needed my room key to get out of parking when leaving which was my own mistake!"

"Went when construction was supposed to be finished, it was not and the construction could be heard from everywhere on the property. Room was smaller than it looked in the pictures, said a roll-away was available, but not sure where you would have put it? Front desk employee that checked us in was very uninformed. Forgot to mention club suit amentities, couldn't clearly explain room/pricing options, and charged both rooms for daily parking even though we had 1 car. Food was served in the library....

"It is always a pleasure to stay at this hotel The staff is amazing April She's the night front desk person she is always super outstanding always willing to help and always friendly. And then you have Shay she's the morning person or afternoon I believe anyhow she is outstanding as well She's always very friendly polite and she's always willing to help as well these two women are the main reason that I continue to return back I usually stay at this hotel to nights out of the week however I definitely recommend staying here when you get there at the hotel always ask for them and then like I said their customer service is A1!!! "
