"Upon entry, I was greeted by three people, which is absolutely amazing. The staff is so friendly and kind and they reminded me about breakfast in the morning when I was checking in for my room the day before I love that I was able to contact the front desk at any time. The staff is absolutely amazing. The hotel is beautiful and clean. I will most likely stay here again and recommend my friends to come here."

"We stayed here for the weekend and it was perfect for our needs. The room was comfortable and clean. It was right next to a school, so I'm not sure how congested it gets during school hours since school was not in session when we stayed. It was quiet because it was just off the main street and away from all of the other busy parts of the town. It was close enough to delicious restaurants, dessert places and coffeehouses. We enjoyed going down to the Natural Bridges park and tide pools. I...

"The women at the front desk were extremely friendly even though I showed up very late in the evening and had to call them to check me in. Unlike most free hotel breakfasts this one actually tasted really good and had a good selection of options. I will definitely stay here again if I ever stay in Santa Cruz again.."
