"The property is set back from the busy street, but close enough for us to walk over & enjoy a pizza! We only heard ther guests once - during our 2 night stay. Very pleasant stay - only thing that would have made it better, is if the staff knew the area a bit better - the person I spoke to only knew about restaurants in loop, but there are many other places close by! "

"Staff could have been better about communicating that they were going to take such a large deposit off my card. And they also could have explained the room key thing with the lights in the air conditioning, but otherwise the breakfast was good and the cleaning ladies were great. It was a bummer that the sauna and gym were closed. Over all if we had to stay in Santa Cruz we would stay here though. "
