It was right next to a school, so I'm not sure how congested it gets during school hours since school was not in session when we stayed. It was quiet because it was just off the main street and away from all of the other busy parts of the town. It was close enough to delicious restaurants, dessert places and coffeehouses. "The women at the front desk were extremely friendly even though I showed up very late in the evening and had to call them to check me in. Unlike most free hotel breakfasts this one actually tasted really good and had a good selection of options. I will definitely stay here again if I ever stay in Santa Cruz again.."
