"Room are big, balcony is big but not used. Bathroom - no hooks/ hanger for clothing. No rack for phone. Refrigerator in our room, but no microwave. _____________ Parking fee ($7?) was waived, but why charging the fee when there is plenty of parking next lot? Easy shopping/ mall next- a big plus. "

"Great hotel even though a bit dated, very clean room with comfy bedding and thick bath towels. The only thing disappointing was the hotel shuttle was not in service and ended up paying for a taxi from OAK airport. The front desk staff was very professional and accommodating. "

"Everything was excellent except there was a long wait to check in. More staff was needed at the front deak to accommodate the line."

"The room was very nice, in fact it was exceptional. My only complaint was that it was very dark and the lighting was inadequate to read documents easily The breakfast was incredible. It has been a long time since I have been in a hotel that has an employee making fresh omlets. I was also surprised at the parking charge of $34.50/day. I felt that was a little steep."

"Clean suite with nice amenities. Parking was easy, and we felt safe- need key card to access elevator to guest rooms which is good. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely return! "
