"AMAZING !!!! First time in Venice. The Hotel is a 20-25 min walk from the Hospedale water taxi stop. The hotel is beautiful, clean,quiet, and centerally located. The side of the hotel faces the water so you can schedule a water taxi to pick you up (expensive - $150euro) I had to do it to get to the airport on time. Everything else is walking distance. Breakfast is great. Staff is so helpful. My room was cleaned twice a day. I will come back."

"The owners have gone all out with their renovations. Exceptional value! Recommend at least 3 full day minimum. Luigi and Jane coordinated our water taxi to and from the train station to their water gate right at the property courtyard entrance. Perfect stay for three couples. We think Venice is the most amazing city in Europe."

"Wonderful hotel in a central location in Venice. The staff were amazing, we had a Junior Suite with a balcony that overlooked the lagoon and it was gorgeous. The room was large as was the bathroom and the balcony was an added bonus. Well located with the water taxi and water bus stopping right out the front made it very easy to get to and from the airport and over to the other islands. Also very walkable to all the attractions in Venice, we were very happy and would definitely stay here again."
