"Beautiful place, the staff at the pool bar was terrible , rude and impatient with a horrible attitude. Wich sucked because we were looking forward to it all month since it was our first time staying there. The staff at the copper cafe and bar were amazing though! Made up for the terrible service at the pool. Rooms were beautiful! Had a really bad plumbing issue and our bathroom flooded. Maintenance was quick to respond, wich was nice. But we had to rush out of there and had to leave 2 hours...

"Large rooms with many amenities, clean, easy access to freeway and restaurants. Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Cookies at check in and nice staff. Would stay here again!"

"Pleasant overall. A little busy, quite a lot of rooms for the size of the property. Limited dining options at the hotel and no real bar does lose it a star in my opinion. Beach access is a lovely touch and walks into pismo downtown at low tide are a treat. The fire pits at night are very welcoming. It was noticeably well maintained and clean."
