"This little hotel is such a gem in the quaint little sleepy beach city of Avila. We stayed for our 21st wedding anniversary and loved it. Every part of it. All the extra little treats for guests throughout the day and how it felt like a little community. Your staff is so friendly too! The only complaint I have is that the only good lighting to put makeup on is in the bathroom and I’m only 5 feet tall and the mirrors are so high that I had to stand on my tippy toes to put makeup on haha. "We found the cottage to be tastefully decorated, with many conveniences including Nespresso maker, refrigerator and a wonderful, comfortable bed. The private residence is so beautiful with olive trees and a vineyard. We enjoyed sitting on the bench swing overlooking the beautiful Paso Robles landscape. The hosts were responsive and accommodating. It was a lovely weekend there. "

"We can’t say enough about how impressed we are with Casa de los Suenos, Elise, and the location. The Casita is so well designed, appointed and cared-for. Elise was a welcoming and helpful host both before and during our stay. She has put together a guidebook that can rival many a visitors center. The setting is so restful, quiet and calming, surrounded by unique and beautiful gardens. This is a great location for nearby hiking, beaches, wineries, golfing, and all that Central Coast has to offer....

"Overall our stay was enjoyable and room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel is pet friendly with a fenced dog area. Property was clean and with lounging areas outside the bar and around the pool. They have an onsite bar and offer a complimentary drink and appetizer. Close to gas stations, convenient stores, a Denny’s next door and beach/stores/restaurants not far off. Most staff were friendly and professional, a few breakfast servers not so professional. I would stay here again. "
