"the customer service is very poor . yes and no answer only… our telephone in our room is not working the customer service no is always busy when we call and i didn’t have hair dryer in the bathroom. I also don’t understand why the fee in my booking and what i paid is not same amount in the receipt and take out from my account ??"

"Beautiful setting and view, great ajoining park, walk to ocean, piers, harbor. Only complaint was the seals on the doors are nonexistant and thus hallway sound is very noticiable "

"It was a lovely stay and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was awesome! Tasty waffles and breakfast sandwiches. It was super close to the trolley stop and a short ride to the pier. "
