Upon arrival at 4am the clerk was arguing with a man who was trying to register. I was next to register and it went smoothly. At 7am someone tried to open the door, but could not get in. Then the phone rang. I picked up the call and the lady clerk said she has no record of my reservation or check in. I explained to her my check in time and even described the person who checked me in. She said his name was Dylan and he had already left. I asked her to call him, and she chuckled. She said that she will check and call me back. She called back and said that he had checked me out, instead of just n. She apologized for the mistake. Unfortunately, the staff was not informed and twice two different staff members at different times knocked on the door to say that we have not been checked in. I had to explain myself to them about the incident. Keep in mind. We have drove for 7 hours and needed to rest. Due to the clerks mistake and miscommunication with the staff, we were not able to rest! I wish I could get a refund, and booked with another company.

The staff was a little bit 👃 and they made a comment about my brother eating too much at the breakfast buffet which I found rude! Also the electrical sockets stopped working on one side of the room and the service guy who came to fix it made a comment about me having a pack of smokes and a lighter in the room when last I checked

Very close to the airport and nearby stores. There are also other hotels that surround the area, so there a lot of travelers in the area. The room I had was non smoking, but smelled of strong cigarette smoke. Other than that, it was pretty standard for the price. Also came with complimentary breakfast which was nice.

The staff was nice but the room although basically clean was very worn. The was an old blood stain on the underside of the comforter. The comforter was washed and clean but it still grossed me out.

We called because we were unable to make before 6pm. The receptionist said it was ok and that she would leave a note to the next shift. When we arrived there was no room ready for us and no note was left anywhere. We were ask to rent another room. After all, we were given another room with only one bed when we had made reservation for a 2 bed. Altogether our experience was very disappointing and irritating since we had 2 minors complaining about the whole situation.
