The host, Anastasia, is awesome - she found a bracelet my daughter left, tracked me down (Anastasia reached out a second time after I missed the first email) and mailed it to us. "Reserved and paid 2 months in advance. Arrive for check in and the parking lot was empty and there was a handwritten "closed for business" sign. Attempted to contact the property of course were unsuccessful. No notice, no refund. Further research showed the property was actually sold last year to the city and is no longer a hotel. Not sure why I was allowed to make a reservation in the 1st place."
