"The hotel itself is lovely. It is in a very walkable area of Santa Clara. Four things that can be Improved upon. 1) ensure all rooms are in working order. The coffee pot was broken in that. It spilled water all over the counter and floor, but did not make coffee. The shower was a little backed up, which meant you were standing in a puddle of water while showering. "It's a nice place. Service was good. The pool in hot tub were clean. It was nice to have a bar And restaurant downstairs. The walls are a little thin though as we heard a lot of loud people late at night walking through the Halls or coming off the elevator."
