This was not a 5 star hotel. Overpriced crapshoot. Main door to our room kept jamming, bathroom door wouldnt open after closing (had to call front desk to have someone to come up and open the bathroom door), safe wasnt working, no room service provided....i can go on. Would not recommend this place.

I had a fantastic experience at the Signia San Jose. The location is super convenient—it's incredibly walkable, with easy access to great dining, shopping, and entertainment nearby. The staff were amazing, always friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. The rooms were clean, modern, and cozy, making it a great place to unwind.
