It opens directly into a nice park with a big toy for climbing, swings, etc. The neighbors and children were friendly, and the house itself was set up perfectly for the family birthday party we gave our 3 year old granddaughter. "We really loved our stay at Michael's place. The house was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with all you might need, including food, in case you forgot something. All the beds were very comfortable. We had several pillows to choose from to ensure we got the one we liked most. The bathroom was fully stocked with towels and shower essentials. I even noticed there was a pack of diapers and baby wipes in case someone forgot those. Michael was very attentive and answered my gazillion ;) questions....
