"Location is definitely a plus; the property is located in Little Italy, next to plenty of dining options and walkable strees. The property itself is just a place to stay for shower and bed, no breakfast. The rooms are small, very basic, the building is old, but maintained. The hotel doesn't have a parking, they offer a parking that is 4 blocks away, but there is a hight limit. Guests with large SUVs cannot be accommodated. That was our struggle, we found another parking, a bit more expensive....

I forgot their names, which is a shame, but if you see a beautiful woman with jet black hair and bangs, you’re already taken care of and you can now relax. As well as, the tall young gentleman with glasses, he has exceptional customer service. I have stayed in many nice hotels and what I remember most is how I was treated at each one.
