"Very nice place to stay"

"We never went to The Pacific!! We got a text from Expedia telling us the Pacific was closed due to renovations and we were booked at Motel 6 Chula Vista. We paid $50. to take us there only to find out we did not have a reservation. So Expedia has our $274. and we have no accommodations. We rebooked through Expedia and Paid again We are now at Town and Country Resort"

"Excellent location and good clean pool. But the room has outdated furniture, a tiny TV, no normal clothes hangers (maybe 3 or 4, the ones they give you for free from Dry cleaners), a small refrigerator without a freezer with a temperature higher than 42, and no coffee maker or microwave. Very uncomfortable setup. The room is a good size for all of it."

"Prime location, comfortable bed, nice staff, huge TV. However, I seriously considered sleeping in the car after seeing that parking lot. It didn't seem safe to leave my car there, with all the scatchy characters wandering around. There might have been a homeless and junkie convention in town, or it just gotten so much worse since the last time I was in San Diego. At the end, good value for the money. Highly recommended if you don't plan to park there."

"My dog and I go to Ocean Beach twice a year. Always stay at Ocean Beach Hotel. Great location, dog friendly. Close to the dog beach. Great food and bars everywhere. We will be back in the spring "

"Stayed 3 nights. Got a wonderful upgrade to a one bedroom suite. Thanks to the evening staff member. Easy 5 minute walk to Windansea Beach. Groc store 15 minute walk and to La Jolla Cove same. Beach 20 minutes. Good area for strolling along the seaside sidewalk. Restaurants a couple blocks walk from Holiday Inn. Breakfast quite good! "

"Great location with just steps away from restaurants, nightlife, and enjoying Little Italy just in general. Parking is a bit small but surely timing it right and not using your car til you leave is super helpful as the parking is free. There is one very small elevator with two ways of access into the building. Overall a good spot to stay and would recommend to others who want something cheap but still feel pretty comfortable staying there."
