"Great hotel"

"I can not remember when we had a better experience at a hotel. Everyone we encountered smiled and was friendly and helpful. We mentioned it was our anniversary at check in and they upgraded our room for us. The hotel itself is beautiful and impeccably clean. The room was beautiful and spacious and the bed and bedding were cozy and comfortable. The valet team were so helpful and nice. We had dinner in the lounge in the hotel. "The staff was amazing!!! Our room ended up being smaller than we expected and the staff was super friendly and willing to help us out and offer us a bigger room. It’s the perfect location with so many option right when you walk out of the hotel. The streets are full of people and they close the streets to allow people to walk around and it feels super safe. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again!"
