"VIP status reward was not honoured. Hotel is very clean and staff were polite but I wouldn’t say they go out there way for you. "

"I loved everything about the whole complex. The food was excellent with a wide range of choices. The staff were all really friendly and extremely helpful. My room was perfect in every way and the complex itself was always spotlessly clean and the pools were at a lovely temperature. Also very handy for the local shops, bars and the beach which were all just a 2 minute walk away. Will definitely be booking to stay here again in the near future 😉😉"

"Our 2nd stay at Bahia del Duque. Still a good hotel in a picturesque setting and enjoyable, particularly La Brasserie and Sua restaurants, but noticed fewer staff around - took longer to be served. Enjoyed our stay"

"Wonderful stay in the Royal room with hot tub overlooking the garden and sea. Comfy bed, quiet location and walking distance to beach and restaurants. Friendly staff and even received chocolates on the pillows. I enjoyed using the exclusive Royal guests only pools."

"Beautiful modern, clean hotel. Very friendly staff. Good choices for food. Only criticism is the hotel policy say that don’t allow people to save sunbeds, however lots of guests save beds very early leaving little or no choice later. "
