"This was my 3rd visit to this hotel and I found that the rooms are getting tired and in need of some refurbishment particularly the showers. Bar service was very slow and room cleaning definitely not as good Used tea cups not replaced , milk not replaced . Tried to order room service on 2 occasions and kept getting cut off , when I went to reception was told just keep trying the number "

"The proprety is well located but that's about it. I did not find the room comfortable enough for my holiday. There were dead mosquitos in the walls, no mattress or pillow protection and the linen was very old and unconfortable. No one told me were the swimming pool was located and I needed to request for Wi-Fi password also (this should have been addressed at check-in, time in my opinion).
