"The hotel was very nice along with the staff. Only downsides were the cleaning staff banging on our door at 9:00 a.m.. and also we were not told about the $10 benefit had to be used by midnight so we lost out on this."

"This hotel, whilst a little dated in decor, is in a fantastic location. The staff are wonderful and nothing is a problem. The room I stayed in was small if a bit in need of a refresh, however it was very clean with lots of towels and very quiet. I would stay here again. Easy walking to theatres, shopping, museums, transport etc. I love the large reception area with lots of couches to relax."
