The concierge wasn't to familiar with their surroundings, not a big deal. Just being first time in the area, it was as if they didn't live in the area themselves, and maybe they didn't. Breakfast was a good selection of eggs, sausage and potatoes, oatmeal, cereals, waffles, bread, pastries, yogurt, etc. The only negative thing is that the pool seemed cold. I went down to go for a swim and it was so cold that I didn’t go in which was disappointing. The front desk said it should be heated, but I’m not sure the temperature was right.
