"I had a short overnight stay in Chicago, between flights. The Hyatt was conveniently accessible with their shuttle (which runs frequently, so there's next to no waiting). Check in took about 30 seconds, since i had done most of it online. The room was very nice, lots of little touches that made it great for a traveler. And the price was reasonable. I'd stay there again if the opportunity comes up."

"First room had some scratch marks on couch etc staff was super fast to give me a new room. Super friendly great room and comfortable, good night sleep before flying out. Highly recommend. "
